Job description:   - Our company needs a skilled manager to control the process of data generation and analysis for a search engine.
                         - Managing large group of freelancers (15-50 people)
                         - Interaction with developers, formulating tasks for freelancers
                         - Organizing the process to control the freelancer's quality

Requirement:
      1. Management skills to control a group (15-20 persons)
      2. Communication skills to be a bridge between developers and assessors/freelancers
      3. Analysis skill
      4. Explanation skill
      5. Basic knowledge about Internet technologies
